Pulmonology - Critical Care Physician

A community hospital in Connecticut is seeking a Pulmonary Critical Care Physician to provide ongoing per diem locums coverage. This role involves ICU and pulmonary call coverage across weekday, weeknight, and weekend shifts in a supportive clinical environment.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Day shift
• Schedule: Weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
• Hours: 12-hour shifts
• Setting: Inpatient hospital

Responsibilities:

• Provide pulmonary and critical care coverage for an inpatient ICU setting
• Manage ICU and pulmonary call responsibilities
• Support ongoing per diem locums coverage needs
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team and hospital staff
• Deliver care within a 110-bed community hospital and 10-bed ICU environment

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary/Critical Care
• Prior ICU experience required
• DEA and CDS required

Desired Skills:

• Active Connecticut medical license
