• Schedule: Monday - Friday, day shift; night call also possible; start date 8/10/2026, ongoing
• Job Setting: Inpatient
• Types of Cases: Rounding on assigned and unassigned patients; up to 12 patients per shift; 15-bed department; ratio of follow-ups to new evaluations is 1:5; admissions required (approximately 3 per call period); 2nd call/backup call coverage for both inpatient and outpatient; 30-minute call response time required; resident/teaching supervision required
• EMR System: MediTech
• Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated 15 days; temporary privileges available

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry required
• Licensure: Must be licensed in Alabama, will consider IMLC
