Devonear, Inc. is a mission-driven healthcare organization committed to advancing behavioral and preventative health services in underserved communities. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Psych NP) to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide direct psychiatric care to a diverse patient population, including both children and adults. The ideal candidate is experienced, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering high-quality mental health services within a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Bilingual providers and those with experience working with children are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children and adults

  • Provide ongoing monthly medication management

  • Write and manage prescriptions following clinical guidelines

  • Maintain clear, timely, and accurate documentation in the EHR

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support integrated care delivery

  • Participate in cross-training to support the implementation of biomedical HIV prevention
    tools (e.g., PrEP and nPEP)

Requirements:

  • Active Florida APRN license with a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification

  • Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

  • Active DEA number and Medicaid provider number (required)

  • Experience working with both children and adults (preferred)

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)

  • Strong communication and clinical documentation skills

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic healthcare setting
