Our client, a leading organization in the food processing industry, is seeking a Production Supervisor- 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Production Supervisor- 2nd Shift, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor- 2nd Shift

Pay Range:$60000 - $75000

What's the Job?

  • Oversee daily production activities ensuring all requirements are met efficiently and safely
  • Supervise Team Leads, Machine Operators, and Material Handlers to maintain high performance standards
  • Coordinate with the production scheduler to plan and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Monitor production lines for efficiency, quality, and safety compliance
  • Analyze performance data and KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost savings

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in meat/poultry or food processing industry, with supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards such as GMPs, SQF, HACCP, and quality assurance programs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work in cold and wet environments, with physical capacity to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
