Production Operator 2nd shift

Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Monday - Friday, 3 pm - 11:30 pm Expected Hours: 40 Our client is seeking a reliable and hardworking 2nd Shift Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. They are a plastic compounding facility, producing engineered plastic materials for the automotive industry, including components used in vehicles manufactured by leading automotive brands. Operate extrusion compounding machinery (will be trained) Weigh, measure, and stage raw materials (plastic pellets, powders, additives, and color concentrates) Load raw materials into hoppers, mixers, blenders, and extrusion equipment Conduct in-process quality checks and inspections Must have a high school diploma Must have the ability to perform physically demanding work in a manufacturing environment Must be able to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds Must have previous manufacturing background
