Job Title: Precision Assembler

Job Duration: 4 months

Location: Mentor OH 44060

Pay Rate: $17/hour plus 1.25 diff shift

Shift : Monday - Friday (10:30 PM to 6:30 AM)

Note:

• Client's focus has shifted to longevity in past roles and a good attitude.
• Candidates who have some sort of manufacturing or light industrial experience, knowledge or understanding - but client is NOT requiring this.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Performs assembly work utilizing lean principles (one-piece flow) to produce FDA regulated devices in a controlled work environment.

1. Learn and carry out detailed work instructions

2. Assemble components to include gluing, weaving, packaging, coiling, welding using various hand tools and bench top pneumatic presses

3. Handle and evaluate quality of small parts during manufacturing processes

4. Troubleshoot simple equipment malfunctions

5. Promote and support a safe working environment

6. Inform team lead/supervisor of any problems pertaining to production, parts, equipment or processes

7. Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment

8. Adhere to Shop Practices including proper gowning and use of personal protective equipment

9. Supports and promotes LEAN operations by following standard work to include Safety Observations, Idea Generation and Hour by Hour Board updates

10. Meet quality assurance requirements and complete documentation associated with same
