Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Diagnose and service heating systems including boilers, furnaces, and heat pumps
• Perform HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs on air conditioning units
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing and HVAC equipment
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot system issues efficiently
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and regulations
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs and recommendations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in plumbing, heating, and/or HVAC/AC systems
• Relevant trade certifications or licenses preferred (e.g., EPA 608, plumbing license)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple trade disciplines
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
