Job Position: Well Pump & Plumbing Service Technician

Shelby Pumps & Well Service Inc. is seeking an experienced plumber with electrical knowledge to join our team.

We're looking for a dependable, skilled, safety-minded professional who can work independently in the field.

What We're Looking For

Experience in residential and commercial plumbing

Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting experience

Experience with pumps, pressure systems, wells, water filtrations and water systems is a major plus

Ability to diagnose problems and develop practical solutions

Proficiency with hand and power tools

Valid driver's license and good driving record

Professionalism, dependability, and strong customer service skills

Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair plumbing and water-system issues

Install, service, and troubleshoot pumps and related equipment

Perform electrical troubleshooting for pumps and water systems

Communicate professionally with customers

Complete work safely, efficiently, and accurately

Experience with well pumps, water filtration and well systems is highly preferred.

We're looking for a dependable Well Pump & Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on field position working with residential wells, pumps, pressure systems, plumbing and electrical/mechanical components.

Experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person who has strong mechanical ability, a good work ethic and a willingness to learn.

We value honest communication, quality workmanship, reliable service and treating customers and their property with respect.

Pay: $22-$40/hour depending on experience and qualifications.
