Job Title: Plant Engineer

Location: Memphis, Tennessee

Pay Range: Up to $125,000
Bonuses and other upside on top

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions to optimize manufacturing processes
• Oversee maintenance and repair of plant equipment to ensure operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, and productivity
• Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvements
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in manufacturing or plant engineering roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements
