• Credentialing: Emergency privileges potentially available in 2 3 weeks; standard credentialing follows

• Board Certified/Board Eligible:Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians with significant pain management experience considered
• Certifications: DEA required
• Licensure: Active California medical license required
