- Orthopedic Surgical Cases, Trauma such as hip nailing, treatment of fractures, dislocations, amputations, deformities, and tumors of bones and joints, Total Joint Replacement/Revision or Repair(Hip, Knee, Shoulder), Spinal Surgery (w/o Instrumentation - Lumbar ,w/o Instrumentation - Cervical, w/ Instrumentation - Cervical ,w/ Instrumentation - Thoracic, w/ Instrumentation - Lumbar, w/o Instrumentation - Thoracic), Arthroscopy
