Carolina Prime Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing Women's Health Clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who is passionate about providing individualized care and helping women improve their health, confidence, comfort, and quality of life.
Our women's health program provides specialized, one-on-one treatment in a private and supportive clinical environment. We value clinical excellence, teamwork, professional growth, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients.
Pelvic health or women's health experience is preferred but not required. Mentorship and training available. Therapists with a strong interest in women's health and a willingness to pursue specialized training are encouraged to apply
Position Highlights
Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling options
Typical clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
No weekend requirements
Individualized, one-on-one patient care

Areas of Treatment May Include
Pelvic floor dysfunction
Urinary incontinence
Pelvic pain
Pregnancy-related pain and dysfunction
Prenatal and postpartum rehabilitation
Diastasis recti
Core weakness
Weakness/fitness program development
General orthopedic conditions affecting women's health and wellness
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care
Provide skilled treatment within the therapist's scope of practice
Educate patients regarding their condition, treatment plan, and home program
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and other members of the healthcare team
Work collaboratively with Carolina Prime's clinical and administrative staff
Maintain a compassionate, professional, and patient-centered treatment environment
Participate in continued learning and development within women's and pelvic health
Qualifications
Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited program
Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license or eligibility for North Carolina licensure
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to compassionate, individualized patient care
Pelvic health or women's health experience is preferred but not required
Pelvic health coursework or certification is preferred
Therapists with a strong interest in women's health and a willingness to pursue specialized training are encouraged to apply
