Philanthropy Senior Manager at OSEG

Elevate the OSEG Foundation's fundraising efforts as the Senior Manager of Philanthropy. This full-time role focuses on strategic donor relationships and revenue growth, offering flexibility in your work model. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will leverage your expertise in fundraising, donor stewardship, and revenue strategy to enhance the Foundation's impact. This position requires at least five years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of donor management and fundraising best practices. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute annual and multi-year fundraising plans • Build and manage a diversified prospect pipeline • Cultivate donor relationships and secure funding commitments • Write and manage impactful grant proposals • Collaborate with teams to maximize donor engagement Requirements: • 5+ years in fundraising with proven revenue success • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma • Strong knowledge of donor lifecycle management • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and initiatives Take the lead in transforming the OSEG Foundation's philanthropic landscape and drive sustainable revenue growth.
