Pediatrics Physician

Pediatrician - Ongoing in SW Washington State - Within 45 Miles of Portland, OR and 90 miles of Tacoma, WA - Small Town feel with Urban Amenities Nearby Location: SW Washignton, Cowlitz County, 45 miles to Portland, OR, 90 miles to Tacoma, WA, 25 miles to the coast; beautiful area Setting: Outpatient Pediatric Clinic + Call and inpatient consults Start Date: June 5th or ASAP End Date: Ongoing until permanent provider is hired; 6 month commitment preferred, minimum 3 months, (candidate can be considered for perm placement) Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p outpatient clinic + Call up to 6 days/month including weeknights and weekends; Call includes hospital consults Coverage: full-time preferred but 2 weeks per month may be considered Requirements:

• Active, Unrestricted WA license or attain WA license, IMLC accepted
• BC in Pediatrics or truly BE with sufficient experience
• Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB with CSR
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, possibly NRP
• Commitment: minimum 3 months / preferred 6 months with options to extend

EMR: Epic; proficiency/experience preferred Rate: $135/hour (negotiable up to $150/hour if travel & lodging are not required); 1.5 X for OT or call back; 24 hour weekend call is equivalent to 8 hour day shift, no gratis required
