  • Volume: Clinic: 16-22 PPD and Call: Minimal after hour call volume to manage consults/inpatient

  • Group: 3 MAs, 1 LPN, 1:1 Clinical staff to provider plus 1 float staff
  • Require: BC/BE, LA License
  • Credentialing: 30-45 days
