What You'll Be Doing

• Treat pediatric patients in their homes
• Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Track progress toward functional goals
• Complete timely clinical documentation
• Coach caregivers on strategies that encourage continued progress between visits
• Maintain professional communication with families and teammates

Requirements

• Arizona Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license
• Current CPR certification
• Article 9 certification
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work under OT supervision

Previous pediatric experience is welcomed, but we also encourage clinicians interested in transitioning into pediatric home health to apply.
