Scheduling Requirements To be considered, candidates must have full availability for the following shifts at both our Glendale and Briarwood locations:
- 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Patient Experience: Greet, assist, and support patients - ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, care, and empathy.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointments, communicate effectively with therapists, and maintain smooth clinic operations.
- Administrative Support: Handle insurance verification, authorizations, billing, and patient record management with accuracy.
- Team Communication: Act as a vital link between patients, therapists, and operations to ensure clarity and efficiency.
- Clinic Presentation: Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming environment that embodies our commitment to excellence.
- Open availability (must cover both Glendale & Briarwood locations)

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Empathy, compassion, and a genuine passion for helping others
- Prior healthcare experience is a plus - but character, accountability, and alignment come first
- Previous patient care coordinator or healthcare administrative experience
- Knowledge of insurance processes, medical terminology, and HIPAA compliance
- Experience using EHR systems (preferred, not required)
- High emotional intelligence and ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment
