Patient Care Coordinator

As our Patient Care Coordinator, you are the face and voice of our practice! You will deliver warm, smiling hospitality while greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling care, checking insurance coverage, collecting co-pays, and triaging ocular emergencies. Cross-training allows you to support clinical pre-testing and basic optical styling during peak practice hours to keep patient wait times low.

Key Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of medical reception, optometric front desk, or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills, phone etiquette, and a calm, de-escalating communication style.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to cross-train in pre-testing and optical tasks.
