Pain Management Nurse Practitioner

Advanced Practice Provider opportunity with an established outpatient pain management and orthopedic practice focused on musculoskeletal (MSK) care, interventional pain support, and TRT management. This clinic-based role offers approximately 3 shifts per month, with each shift consisting of a 5-hour clinic schedule.

The APP will provide comprehensive patient care through evaluations, treatment planning, injections, patient education, and ongoing management of orthopedic and pain-related conditions under the supervision of the Medical Director.

The ideal provider will have strong musculoskeletal and orthopedic assessment skills with the ability to independently evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans. Providers must be experienced in performing trigger point injections and joint injections independently and comfortable discussing spinal procedures including epidurals, medial branch blocks (MBB), facet injections, and radiofrequency ablations (RFAs).

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting patient evaluations and follow-up visits
• Developing individualized treatment plans
• Performing trigger point and joint injections
• Educating patients on procedures, treatment plans, and pre/post procedural care
• Assisting with patient preparation for procedures including consents and education
• Managing and prescribing TRT therapies (training available for providers without current TRT experience)

Candidates with experience in pain management, orthopedics, PM&R, or sports medicine are highly preferred. TRT experience is preferred but not required for providers willing to learn.

• Active state license (compact license may be considered)
