Voluntary Insurance Plans - Health/Medical/Vision/Dental/Life Requirements: CDL-A 12 months recent and verifiable tractor/trailer experience Bob Tail Insurance (can either get through KAG or provide a copy of own coverage) Tractor must be 10 years or new- no exceptions Overall tractor height including tip top of stack should not be higher than 10'-4" Fifth wheel placement must be capable of accommodating a trailer kingpin inset of up to 36" Must be capable of maximizing load capacity without exceeding current max gross vehicle weight of 80,000 lbs.
