What You ll Do:

• Provide visionary leadership for the ENT division aligned with strategic goals
• Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations
• Deliver personalized, minimally invasive surgical care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and partners like The Cleveland Clinic
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of board-certified surgeons and advanced practice providers
• Promote research and educational initiatives in partnership with Drexel University
• Drive community outreach to improve healthcare access and reduce disparities
• Utilize advanced surgical technologies including Da Vinci Xi robotic platforms
• Participate in a shared call schedule supported by APPs and a hospitalist team
• Manage a robust surgical volume with guaranteed OR block time from day one

What You Need:

• Current Board Eligible or Board Certified in ENT (no recent grads or fellows)
• Proven clinical experience beyond training
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and innovation skills
• Valid NJ medical license and appropriate certifications (ACLS, BLS, DEA, CSR/CDS)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment
