About the Practice
- Join 2 physicians, 6 APPs, and 2 Audiologists
- Comprehensive ENT services, including in-office procedures
- Flexible scheduling between clinic and OR time

Compensation/Benefits
- $600,000 salary guarantee - seven-figure compensation opportunity
- $150,000 Commencement bonus (paid on first day of start)
- $10,000 Relocation allowance
- Year 3 production-based model
