Otolaryngology Physician

Schedule: 1 week per month minimum; clinic/OR Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p with 1 OR day/week plus weeknight and weekend call

Setting: Mix of outpatient clinic, OR, and inpatient consults at a Level I trauma center

Patient Volume: Variable clinic and surgical volume

Certifications Required: ACLS and BLS

Required Skills: General otolaryngology including clinic care, surgical procedures, and facial trauma (mandible fracture repair) with general head & neck scope

Board Status: Board Certified required (Board Eligible considered)

Licensure: Montana license required

Credentialing: Approximately 90 days

Support: APP support in both clinic and OR with established ENT program
