  • Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Training: Completion of an Orthopedic Surgery residency
  • Licensure: Must have or be eligible for:
    • Unrestricted Michigan Medical License
    • Controlled Substance License
