What You ll Do
  • Provide expert hematology and oncology consultation and care
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and tumor board reviews
  • Manage patient treatment plans in collaboration with specialists
  • Support hospital-based chemotherapy infusion and radiation services
  • Contribute to clinical research initiatives and ongoing trials
  • Share in weekly call rotations with regional colleagues
  • Educate patients and families about treatment options and care plans
What You Need
Required:
  • Medical license valid in Louisiana
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Hematology and Oncology
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:
  • Prior experience in hospital or outpatient oncology settings
  • Knowledge of EPIC EMR systems
