  • Shifts: 24-hour in-house call; typically 5-8 per month (VMS open to 4-8; client target is 8/month)
  • Call coverage: All OB services on Labor & Delivery; unassigned OB/GYN hospital call
  • Volumes: 70-75 deliveries/month; 20-25 non-obstetrical surgeries/month (busy service)
  • Support: 5 BC OB/GYNs, 5 Advanced Clinical Practitioners, 1 Certified Nurse Midwife
  • EMR: Epic
  • Facility: 146-bed acute-care medical center; Level II Nursery; medical staff of 280 physicians
  • Certifications: BC, VA license, DEA, Preferred EFM, NRP, PALS
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years (client prefers 5+ years)
  • Credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days
