    Qualifications / Requirements:
    • MD/DO
    • Unrestricted State Medical License
    • Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
    • OB/GYN BC/BE (ABOG, AOBOG)
    • Completion of ACGME OBGYN Residency program
    • Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility
    • BLS
