  • Call response time requirement: 30 minutes
Licenses Required
  • Active North Dakota Medical License Required
  • IMLC Accepted
Board Certification
  • ABMS or AOA Board Certified OB/GYN Required
Required Certifications
  • ACLS Required
Preferred Qualifications
  • OB fellowship training required
  • Epic experience strongly preferred
Experience & Clinical Requirements
  • Must be comfortable with:
    • Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC)
    • Cesarean sections
    • Independent labor and delivery management
    • Working alongside Certified Nurse Midwives
Practice Details
  • OB Hospitalist/Laborist coverage
  • Approximately 120 deliveries per month
  • Physicians perform approximately 65% of deliveries
  • Labor & Delivery/Postpartum unit:
    • 16 rooms
    • Dedicated OB operating room
  • Admissions required
  • Trauma Level II
Call Details
  • In-House Call
  • 24-hour shifts
  • Providers may remain at hotel until called in
