DocStar Medical Partners is seeking an experienced OB Hospitalist (MD/DO) for a long-term locum opportunity in Montana.

Location: Montana
Facility Type: Hospital
Start Date: June 1, 2026
End Date: June 30, 2027
Assignment Length: 1 Year
Credentialing: days (IMLC preferred, will wait for MT license)

Position Details
  • Schedule: 12-hour shifts (days & nights)
  • Shifts Needed: 12 shifts/month per provider (24 shifts total coverage)
  • Call: In-house (restricted)
Clinical Details
  • Patient Volume: 4 6 patients per shift ( 1,800 annual deliveries)
  • EMR: Epic
  • Support: Collaborative environment with midwives & RNs
Procedures Required
  • Cesarean sections
  • Hysterectomy
  • Laparoscopy
  • Vacuum/forceps deliveries
  • Breech delivery
  • Full-scope OB care
Requirements
  • Board Certified (BC)
  • BLS & ACLS
  • Strong experience in L&D and OB Hospitalist settings
