What You ll Do

• Provide OB/GYN care including routine exams, prenatal visits, deliveries, and postpartum care
• Assist with high-volume deliveries (approx. 15/month) with backup support from general surgery and urology as needed
• Support emergency deliveries and general obstetric procedures
• Document patient encounters using Epic EMR system
• Collaborate with nursing staff and support personnel to deliver quality care
• Adhere to facility protocols and safety standards during call shifts

What You Need

• Colorado Medical License or Active IMLC
• Minimum 2 years of OB/GYN clinical experience
• Current ACLS and NRP certifications preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in obstetric procedures and prenatal care
• Ability to work flexible, 24-hour call shifts and respond promptly
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

About the Assignment
This assignment takes place at a well-equipped hospital in Fort Morgan, a community-focused setting with 50 beds. The facility focuses on obstetric care for a diverse patient population, including adults, geriatrics, adolescents, and prenatal patients. The provider will be responsible for general OB/GYN services, including deliveries and routine care, supported by a dedicated RN staff. The hospital s EMR system is Epic, and credentialing is expected within 60 days with all necessary licenses and clearances.
