Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Practice Overview

• Join a collaborative women's health team with experienced APP support
• Practice full-scope obstetrics and gynecology with dedicated OR time and access to Da Vinci robotic surgery
• Care for a diverse patient population, including high-risk obstetrics and adolescent patients
• Approximately 300 deliveries annually with strong hospital support and surgical resources

Schedule

• Monday-Friday clinic schedule from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, with a half-day on Fridays
• One full OR day or two half-day block schedules each week
• 7-on/7-off call schedule with shared 1:7 call coverage
• Opportunity for additional compensation through ER call coverage

Compensation & Benefits

• Hospital-employed position with a starting salary of $400,000+
• RVU production incentives beginning after annual threshold
• Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and CME allowance

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• MD or DO; residents and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
• Comfortable providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care
• Collaborative physician committed to delivering exceptional patient care
