TransForce is seeking a Non CDL Box Truck Driver to support local operations based in Swedesboro, New Jersey. This role involves delivering goods to local stores.

At least 1 year of related and recent experience is required!

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Non CDL Driver Details

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4am-6am start times

  • Pay: $24.79 Per Hour + OT, $1,000 - $1,200 Estimated weekly pay

  • Route Type: local - delivering product to mostly strip malls

  • Freight / Load Type: various non-parishable

  • Equipment: box trucks & sprinter vans

  • Handling: using lifts and dollies

Non CDL Driver Minimum Requirements:

  • License: valid Class C or D

  • Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience

  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)

  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

Non CDL Driver Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a box truck on local routes, delivering goods to stores.

  • Deliver product to warehouses

  • Perform required handling tasks

  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

  • Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations

  • Meet the physical demands of the role
