What You ll Do:
- Provide in-house neonatal critical care for a Level-IIIB NICU with 49 beds
- Manage critically ill neonates using advanced therapies including inhaled nitric oxide, HFOV, HFJV, and therapeutic hypothermia
- Care for extremely low gestational age newborns (ELGANs), including infants as young as 22 weeks
- Support an average of 30 daily NICU admissions and over 450 annual admissions
- Collaborate with board-certified neonatologists and nurse practitioners for comprehensive care
- Oversee or support care in additional NICUs and well-baby units within the facility network
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and regional neonatal care coordination
- Contribute to the advancement of neonatal medicine and regional delivery services
What You Need:
- Valid medical license for Missouri
- Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology
- Minimum 1 year of neonatal critical care experience preferred
- Strong clinical skills in advanced neonatal therapies
- Excellent team communication and collaboration abilities
