What You ll Do:

• Provide in-house neonatal critical care for a Level-IIIB NICU with 49 beds
• Manage critically ill neonates using advanced therapies including inhaled nitric oxide, HFOV, HFJV, and therapeutic hypothermia
• Care for extremely low gestational age newborns (ELGANs), including infants as young as 22 weeks
• Support an average of 30 daily NICU admissions and over 450 annual admissions
• Collaborate with board-certified neonatologists and nurse practitioners for comprehensive care
• Oversee or support care in additional NICUs and well-baby units within the facility network
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and regional neonatal care coordination
• Contribute to the advancement of neonatal medicine and regional delivery services

What You Need:

• Valid medical license for Missouri
• Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology
• Minimum 1 year of neonatal critical care experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in advanced neonatal therapies
• Excellent team communication and collaboration abilities
