What You ll Do:

• Provide expert neonatal intensive care for patients in a Level III NICU and nursery
• Manage high-risk deliveries in collaboration with OB and perinatal teams
• Care for a daily census of approximately 9-11 newborns
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including nurse practitioners, nursing, and respiratory staff
• Mentor NICU nursing and respiratory therapists to support growing patient acuity
• Develop and implement clinical protocols to enhance care quality
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
• Engage with hospital leadership and contribute to strategic NICU growth
• Optional moonlighting across Virginia

What You Need:

• Fully licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Virginia
• Board-certified in Neonatology
• Minimum 3+ years of neonatal ICU experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
