  • 18-bed Level III NICU
  • Affiliated with the UT System and UT Southwestern
  • On-campus residency program
  • Approximately 140 deliveries per month
  • Collaborative two-physician care model
• Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive care in a Level III NICU setting
  • Collaborate with physicians, NNPs, and multidisciplinary team members
  • Participate in high-risk delivery attendance and neonatal resuscitation
  • Partner with hospital leadership to support quality and safety initiatives
  • Deliver evidence-based, family-centered neonatal care
• Ideal Candidate:
  • Board Certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC)
  • Passion for working with newborns and supporting families
  • Commitment to collaborative, team-based practice
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
