The Palm Nails and Beauty, we are one of the best nail salons in Northern Territory based in Palmerston City, is looking for experienced Nail Technician to join the team immediately. If you have the skills, passion, and dedication to deliver exceptional services, wed love to hear from you!
Main Responsibilities:
1 Deliver exceptional, professional customer service at all times.
2 Providing high-quality manicures and pedicures, which includes removing old nail polish fromfingernails and toenails, cleaning nails, shaping the ends of nails, pushing back cuticles, andapplying new polish based on clients preferences.
3 Applying artificial nails.
4 Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients.
5 Evaluating the condition of clients nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nailcare treatments.
6 Sanitizing all nail instruments and equipment before each use.
7 Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly.
8 Ensuring that nail and massage supplies are adequately stocked.
9 Show enthusiasm for our customer journey with personalised recommendations.
10 Support our client base with re-bookings.
11 Function well in a team environment.
12 Assist with end of day cleaning of treatment rooms and salon.
Essential Skills and Experience:
1 Certificate III in Nail Therapy with minimum 1 year part time (minimum 20 hours per week)experience in manicure and pedicure or alternatively at least 1-2 years full time experience
2 Have a passion for all things about ingredients, treatments and products
3 Strong retail skills ability to hit KPIS
4 Self-motivated team player with a great attitude to work and life
5 Be passionate about the industry and the services we provide
6 Nail art skills are required, and we would need samples of your work
