Position: Motel Managing Supervisor-Senior Supervisor
Wages: CAD$28.00-37.00/hour (depending on experience)
Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, nights, weekends, and holidays)
Working hours: hours/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of motel staff including front desk and housekeeping staff
Act as manager in the absence of management
Coordinate work between departments to ensure smooth operation and time and cost efficiency
Prepare and monitor staff work schedules and approve final shift changes
Participate in hiring and oversee overall training and ongoing guidance for employees
Ensure daily operational procedures are followed
Assist manage in monitoring inventory levels and reporting supply needs
Prepare operational reports for review by the manager/owner
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace policies
Oversee daily cash handling procedures and report discrepancies
Act on-site lead staff during assigned shifts
Provide recommendations to management regarding staffing and operational improvements

Job Requirements:
Completion of secondary school required
Minimum 3 years of experience in the accommodation industry required
Completion of college courses in hospitality, hotel or motel management, or a related field is an asset
