We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to be a reliable hard working person. The primary responsibility will be MIG welding of aluminum and steel parts. All pay rate and salaries are dependent on experience and discussed after completion of a welding test.



The ideal candidate must:

  • have background in MIG welding and fitting experience.
  • be able to maintain proper attendance to ensure production timing
  • be willing to work overtime when needed in order to complete jobs for customers on time and on budget.
  • be able to read and interpret project plans, blue prints, diagrams or other instructions if needed
  • Must be reliable and have transportation.


Performance Expectations:

  • Create quality welds according to instructions.
  • Inspect welds for accuracy.
  • Prepare product to be welded by grinding, drilling, milling, tapping and cutting steel/aluminum parts.
  • Change wire, welding, as needed
  • Change gas tanks, as needed
  • Ensure all equipment is properly set-up and used in a safe manner and that all safety devices are in use.
  • Monitor equipment and request maintenance when required.
  • Each job must be run with safety, accuracy and timeliness.


Full time position. Looking to hire day shift and night shift positions.
