MIG Welder - $18/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM


Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. Experience with sheet metal fabrication is a huge plus! The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding experience, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.


Responsibilities:

  • MIG weld light-gauge sheet metal components for HVAC systems
  • Fabricate and assemble ductwork, plenums, transitions, and custom fittings
  • Read and interpret blueprints, duct layouts, and welding symbols
  • Ensure clean, precise welds for airtight HVAC installations
  • Operate shears, brakes, rollers, and other shop tools


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in MIG welding techniques and welding processes
  • Experience with sheet metal fabrication and press brake machines is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
