We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join our client in Chicago, IL. In this position, you will assemble and install new equipment, and support manufacturing overall. The work involves drilling, tapping, and general metalworking. Much of it centers on checking and quality-testing the machines as they're built.

Requirements: Prior assembly experience, mechanical aptitude, and comfort with common hand and power tools like wrenches, drills, and sandpaper.

Nice to have: Machine shop or tool shop experience, sheet metal work, and angle grinder use.

It's a hands-on role for someone who likes building machinery and has some shop background.
