If you have hands-on experience using hand/power tools, reading basic blueprints, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble capacitor racks, build transformer brackets, and install components like oil switches, copper fuse holders, porcelain, insulation, and louver covers using impact wrenches, ratchets, and small hand tools.
  • Read blueprints and schematics to verify clearances, hole diameters, and tolerances; perform drilling and plastic fitting installations as required.
  • Test, calibrate, and fit small parts, switches, and hardware into cabinets, ensuring all units meet strict quality standards.
  • Operate equipment safely, perform routine basic tool maintenance, clean work areas, and use pallet jacks or forklifts as needed.
  • Use basic computer software/Microsoft Office to complete production logs and operational records.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of related manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or warehouse experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic mechanical blueprints and schematics.
  • Proficient with pneumatic/power tools (impact wrenches, drills) and standard hand tools.
  • Must be able to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electrical components.
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, lift up to 25+ lbs regularly, and maintain high dexterity and hand-eye coordination in a loud manufacturing setting.
