Practice Setting: Clinic
Coverage Needed: 1 week per month up to full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Night & Weekend Call: Not required, but preferred
Patients per Day: Approximately 25
Patient Population: Adults, primarily childbearing age
Department Beds: 10
EMR: Epic
Pediatric Level: Level 3

Ultrasound interpretation
Consultative MFM services

Required/Preferred Clinical Skills
Pregnancy-induced hypertension
HELLP syndrome
Type I, Type II, and gestational diabetes
Cardiac disorders, Class II or higher
Pulmonary disorders
Renal disorders
Neurological disorders
Autoimmune disorders
Hematologic/oncologic disorders
Placenta previa/abruption
Multiple gestations
Amniocentesis and genetic procedures
Ultrasound performance and interpretation
Level II targeted ultrasound
Echocardiography
Strong ultrasound diagnostic skills preferred

Presentation/Submission Requirements
Board Certification: BC or BE in MFM
License: PA license required; IMLC LOQ or willing to obtain PA license

Certification: BLS
Minimum Experience: 1 year

Credentialing
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
