Manager, Solutions Engineering, Western Canada

SUMMARY

We're looking for a Manager, Solutions Engineering - Western Canada to join us in spreading the power of Wiz. In this role, you will report to the Director, Solutions Engineering and work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on understanding the technical business needs of our Enterprise customers and prospects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will partner with the regionally-based sales director to develop a strong working relationship with the account teams in the Western Canada region. You will thrive as a technical leader of the team, not only in performing team leadership but also by getting your hands into technology. You will be the trusted advisor for your customers on all things related to cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP. We are passionate about technical sales and helping our customers achieve maximum value from our solution, starting with a team effort working closely with all Wiz resources.

• Leadership and management of a team of Solutions Engineers focused on Enterprise/Majors accounts in the Western Canada region
• Recruit, retain, develop and coach a regionally-focused team of skilled SEs
• Partner with sales and product groups to drive operational excellence and efficiency
• Drive team accountability for deal management in Salesforce

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Cloud security experience
• AWS, Azure, GCP hands on experience
• Network engineering experience/background
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, virtual machines, and containers
• Knowledge of risk based security assessments and frameworks
• Understanding of cloud identity, access, certificates, and keys

BONUS POINTS

• Experience with traditional CSPM tools and/or cloud infrastructure security
• Technical SaaS selling experience
• Awareness of the CI/CD process
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code

LOCATION

• The ideal candidate will be based in Western Canada

COMPENSATION

Starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as your experience, skills, and geographic location. Our Talent Partner will share the specific salary range during the hiring process.

This role is eligible to participate in Wiz's equity plan and may also include incentive compensation.

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $203,000 - $251,300 CAD.
