The Role: Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll tackle everything from HVAC fixes to appliance repairs, keeping our communities running smoothly and our residents happy.

Part technician
Part problem-solver
Part superhero (cape optional)

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, appliances, and building systems
• Handle maintenance requests and keep properties in top shape
• Jump in on projects, upgrades, and emergency repairs
• Troubleshoot like a pro using schematics and experience
• Support and sometimes lead small teams on bigger jobs
• Keep records of your work (because details matter!)

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You've got experience in maintenance, HVAC, appliance repair, or construction
• You can read schematics (or at least don't run from them)
• You're a self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do
• You enjoy variety-different properties, different challenges
• You communicate well with both teammates and residents
• You take pride in your work and fix things the right way

• $19-$22/hour (DOE)
