Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the organization's facilities and equipment. They will ensure that all machinery, systems, and infrastructure operate efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team of maintenance staff effectively. Planned, organized, and managed preventive maintenance schedules across pre-shift, intra-shift, and post-shift operations while partnering with production teams to maximize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and improve operational efficiency Collaborated with senior leadership to control maintenance costs, increase productivity, oversee equipment and utility performance, and identify continuous process and equipment improvements Directed environmental and regulatory compliance activities, including monitoring wastewater treatment operations, performing monthly composite sampling, and coordinating required testing for environmental, potable water, and wastewater systems Coordinated safety initiatives, maintenance repairs, and commercial refrigeration support with internal teams and contractors, while providing on-call emergency response for critical equipment, refrigeration, potable water, and wastewater system failures Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of Maintenance leadership/management experience, in a food production environment Knowledge of food safety standards & related industry regulations, including SQF and HACCP Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 6am to 6pm Strong technical knowledge of building systems, mechanical equipment, and maintenance procedures Preferred Skils & Experience: Experience with Maintenance Management Software systems Disclaimer: By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
