What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead a team responsible for keeping our apartment communities safe, beautiful, and running efficiently. From coordinating work orders to solving maintenance challenges, you'll be the go-to expert who keeps everything moving.

You'll oversee repairs, guide technicians, and ensure our residents experience the high standard of service Gaslight is known for.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who brings both technical skill and leadership ability.

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience leading a team of 3-5 individuals
• 5+ years experience in general repair and maintenance
• Hands-on experience in:

• Plumbing

• HVAC

• Drywall

• Carpentry

• Electrical

• Appliance Repair

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Working smartphone
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

$26-30 per hour based on experience

Compensation details: 26-30 Hourly Wage
