Weekend Shift Machine Operator - Founding Crew $25.30hr for Days $26.45/hr for Nights

We're launching a brand-new weekend shift - and we're looking for the crew that builds it from day one. This isn't stepping into someone else's routine. This is a chance to help shape the team, the standards, and the culture of a shift that doesn't exist yet.

The Schedule
Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 12-hour shifts. Work 36 hours, get paid for 40. That's a full-time paycheck on a 3-day workweek, giving you four days off, every week.

The Role
As a Machine Operator, you'll learn the full extrusion process from the ground up:

• Loading and unloading plastic extrusion product
• Operating computerized controls to manage machining temperature, speed, and output
• Monitoring quality and troubleshooting as issues arise

No experience with extrusion? No problem. We're not looking for people who already know the machines - we're looking for people who show up, pay attention, and want to build a skill set that lasts.

Training That Sets You Up to Win

• 1-2 weeks of comprehensive, hands-on training, Monday-Thursday 6am to 6pm/6pm to 6am
• Learn alongside the whole founding crew before transitioning together to the weekend schedule September 11th, 2026
• Supportive environment built for real learning, not sink-or-swim

Pay & Benefits

• $22-$23/hr while training Monday-Thursday
• $25.30/hr for Days Weekend
• $26.45/hr for Nights Weekend
