Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production processes
- Move raw materials and finished products safely and accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Assist with troubleshooting machinery issues when necessary
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
- Comfortable using power tools and machinery
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a loud environment
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing (preferred)
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and troubleshooting
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
