Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Location: Holt, MI
Pay: $15/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM as well as 2nd Shift! Temporary in October.

LaborMax Staffing is hiring Machine Operators for a growing automotive manufacturing facility in Holt, MI. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity with weekly pay and the potential for long-term employment.

Job Duties

• Operate production equipment and machinery according to work instructions.
• Load, unload, and position automotive components for processing and assembly.
• Monitor machine performance and notify supervisors of equipment or quality concerns.
• Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Complete production tasks while maintaining required production rates.
• Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift throughout a 10-hour shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
