• Schedule: 2-2-3 6:45 am - 7 pm / 6:45 pm - 7 am
• Location: Mount Holly, NC

Job Description As a machine operator you will operate and manage process equipment ensuring quality and compliance to specifications of products to meet customer expectations. You will work in a team environment and communicate regularly with team members and supervisors regarding the production and performance of the machines. Responsibilities:

• Learn multiple operator functions
• Feed raw materials to the production line
• Audit and take readings of various equipment and make necessary corrections
• Participate in monthly cleaning / maintenance shutdowns

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend for 12-hour shift
• Ability to read, write and communicate to team members
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen

The base salary range for this position is $17.00-$18.00 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth. Company Description
